Product property: CAPG is used for tapping or joining copper conductor to aluminum overhead conductors AAC, AAAC, or ACSR. Forging creates a high strength clamp. Slotted holes allow adjustment for varying conductors on each side. Tap off conductor groove is lined with hot compressed copper sheet on both upper and lower parts. Contact area between copper and aluminum is sealed with epoxy resin. Threaded bottom part of connector can provide easy installation.
